We ship all orders from our warehouses located in Sydney.

We offer Free Shipping to all Australia and New Zealand orders. We ship using Australia Post (and sometimes a few other partner carriers such as NZ Post for NZ orders).

RETURNS

If you are unhappy with your product for any reason, you have 30 days to return it for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in good condition and not have signs of use or scratches/dents. You can try it out, but if you have used it and decide to return it, please clean/wipe it and send it back in it's original packaging with all parts in the box.

After we receive your return back at our warehouse, you'll get a full refund within 5 business days. Please note that the customer is responsible for the small return shipping cost and restocking fee.

Perfect

Fabulous Product!!
Delighted with my Vital + Pro and chiller with filter. Top quality and looks great out on my patio. Great to be able to change temperature through WiFi as my wife likes it 10+ degrees and I like it under 10 degrees.

Real Ice Bath Review
Just switched on 7pm and pulled down overnight. Works a treat and easy to set up and user friendly control thermostat. Initially the tub looks small/skinny but it is actually deceiving as I'm 6 foot tall and 125kg and I have no issues getting in or out or sitting in the tub. The refrigeration cooler is also very quiet.
Only suggestion I could make is that the exposed tap on the ends of the hoses need to be insulated as they do sweat and drip on the ground.

Great Package!!
Been using both the Sauna and Cold plunge everyday since it has arrived. Such an awesome package which took less than 10 minutes to set both up. The material used does appear to be decent quality and lightweight making them portable. The Sauna gets hot! Also, the cold plunge holds it's temperature nicely with only having to place a few containers filled with frozen water and rotating them out with each use. May look at the water cooler in the near future but happy with how it is for now.
