Our ice bath assembly instructions are radically simple. You will be all set in 3 minutes or less.
Place your ice bath near a water supply and hose. Fill with water to roughly 3/5th of the tub height.
Buy ice or make your own using one of our XL freezer ice packs (sold separately).

They advertise this ice bath as being suitable for people up to 196cm (6'5), but as someone who is only 6'2 I think this is misleading. The only way I can submerge myself up to my neck is by hunching my back a lot, which is not very comfortable.
I contacted customer service about this and they said they wouldn't accept a return because the bath had been used. Of course, I needed to use the bath to determine that it was too small.
If you're a taller person, I'd look elsewhere.

I was a little skeptical about this little chiller and pod set up, as I am in NZ I wondered if I had issues how I would get on. I can now totally recommend the VITAL+ products.
The only issue I had was the QR scan for set up instructions included in the packaging were for bath and barrel set up, which was a little frustrating, as I purchased the POD. I emailed for the POD set up instructions, and from then it's been all I hoped for. Loving the ICE baths, so so good for my mood and cooling my core down. Very happy.

Absolute best investment to date. Have used it twice since receiving which was 2 days ago 😂 The steam room gets really hot which I love. The ice bath is spacious and works a treat. Will be investing into the chiller at some point in time. Definitely recommend buying.
