Tap water temperature will be generally similar to current air temperature. Ideal ice bath temperature is below 15 degrees. - How many VITALICE freezer ice packs should I add?
Each set (4 pack) is equivalent to 5kg or roughly 1 bag of servo ice. Depending on water temperature we recommend using 2-3 sets. - How long will it stay cold for?

Research has shown that to enhance recovery you should aim to accumulate 11 min per week in the Ice Bath. You can either do this all at once (i.e. 11 min straight) or if you’re not used to Cold Water Immersion, you can break it up into shorter durations (e.g. 2 x 5 min with 2 min out of bath inbetween). - What happens if I want to return the ice bath?
We offer a 90 day return policy so that you can return the VITAL+ Ice Bath if you aren't happy with it.

Our ice bath assembly instructions are radically simple. You will be all set in 3 minutes or less.
Place your ice bath near a water supply and hose. Fill with water to roughly 3/5th of the tub height.
Buy ice or make your own using one of our XL freezer ice packs (sold separately).

Ordered setup, and the lid deflates overnight. Bad customer service, many emails, and no bother to replace.
Nothing I am doing wrong follows all suggested emails. It's simply customer service. Don't care. Sell a product and don't care about the customer.
Be aware. Maybe some are great, but it's quite obvious mine is failty and leaks air (if water it could be many things bit it's not its air.)
Anyway, if you buy one and yours deflates and its brand new from box don't expect a replacement or any help.
Sad for a $1500 product.
I'm happy to see others working, but a plane and simple mines not, and they are not helping get it solved.
