I highly recommend this product. Everything was as described. I am 54 years old. I'm 6'2" and about 260 pounds. I fit in the tub no problem. The Ultra X2 Chiller does its job well; I have it kick on a couple hours before use. The rest of the day I have it off. Im 6'2" and 180lbs and fit up to my neck in the barrel tub.
PROS: The X2 chiller is a 1/3 HP chiller that can cool the water from low 70F to 45F in about 10 hours. The wifi controls are nice and you can set schedules for it to run during off peak hours.
CONS:The tub itself will not hold the cold temp if you turn the chiller off. Going bak to 70F with it off for 10 hours.
Overall, very satisfied with product for the price. The customer service has been great too and very responsive. Thank you Vital+
