We offer Free Shipping to all Australia and New Zealand orders. We ship using Australia Post (and sometimes a few other partner carriers such as NZ Post for NZ orders).

RETURNS

If you are unhappy with your product for any reason, you have 30 days to return it for a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in good condition and not have signs of use or scratches/dents. You can try it out, but if you have used it and decide to return it, please clean/wipe it and send it back in it's original packaging with all parts in the box.

After we receive your return back at our warehouse, you'll get a full refund within 5 business days. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and restocking fee.

It does actually work
My skeptical husband put it on level 7 and almost cooked himself. It gets HOT.
The tent itself feels good quality. It is well insulated to retain all the heat inside, whilst remaining cool to touch on the outside. It was also very easy to assemble.

Excellent
I bought this to help me sleep. I couldn't believe how hot this gets. I use it at level 5 and have never been able to do more than 30 mins. I wear a sauna suit so I sweat more and I take celtic salt before and after plus I drink plenty of water. I really love this. I hope it never breaks. I just put a large towel down on the floor of it and use the towel to wipe down the walls of the sauna after use. It's still a bit damp so I put a heater in and zip it up and let it completely dry out that way. I'm using this almost every day. Best invention ever.
I bought an infrared sauna blanket before but I wasn't sure if it was safe. I didn't like the thought of infrared going through my body so I went for the steam pod. It's much safer and healthier in my opinion. I can't recommend this enough

One of the best purchases I've made
I've had the infrared Sauna for a week, and everything I use it, immediately after I'm like this is up there as one of the best purchases ive made. Does it exactly what its intended to do, gets hot quick and your sweating like crazy, has made getting a sauna in extremely easy. With the no sweat mat its too easy too keep clean as well. Only caveat is that I just missed out on the Black Friday Sale!! Haha but honestly awesome product, extremely happy
