The Ultra X2 Chiller ships locally from Auckland.
Delivery timeframe: 2–5 business days
We offer Free Shipping on all New Zealand orders. We ship using NZ Post (and sometimes other partner carriers).

You’ll receive tracking once your order is dispatched.
RETURNS
If you are unhappy with your product for any reason, you have 30 days to return it for a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in good condition and not have signs of use or scratches/dents. You can try it out, but if you have used it and decide to return it, please clean/wipe it and send it back in it's original packaging with all parts in the box.
After we receive your return back at our warehouse, you'll get a full refund within 5 business days. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and restocking fee.
