We ship all orders from our warehouses located in Sydney.

We offer Free Shipping to all Australia and New Zealand orders. We ship using Australia Post (and sometimes a few other partner carriers such as NZ Post for NZ orders).

RETURNS

If you are unhappy with your product for any reason, you have 30 days to return it for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in good condition and not have signs of use or scratches/dents. You can try it out, but if you have used it and decide to return it, please clean/wipe it and send it back in it's original packaging with all parts in the box.

After we receive your return back at our warehouse, you'll get a full refund within 5 business days. Please note that the customer is responsible for the small return shipping cost and restocking fee.

Life changing
Absolutely love my life bath pro. Use it every morning. Solid construction, chiller works great, and seems to cool rather quickly, even down to temps as low as 36°. I hope this thing lasts forever!

Easy set up
I had the old unit and it took a while to bring water down to temp. This new unit is much faster at cooling and so much easier to set up and keep the filters clean a very good upgrade thanks Vital+.

Cold Plunge
Was received on time and it took me from box to complete setup un roughly 45 min. It's pretty much pump and play.
I live in AZ so I did a lot of research and found the best solution for the high heat and AZ climate.
Love my plunge and definitely recommend it!
