Your order will arrive in multiple shipments, as bundle items are dispatched from different warehouse locations.

Ultra X2 Chiller: Ships locally from Auckland (2–5 business days).

Remaining bundle items: Ship from our Sydney warehouse under standard delivery timelines (5–7 business days).

We offer Free Shipping on all New Zealand orders. We ship using NZ Post (and sometimes other partner carriers).

Tracking & Estimates:

You’ll receive tracking when your order ships out, usually within 1-2 business days after the order is placed (unless it is a pre-order). If your order is shipping in multiple deliveries, you’ll receive separate tracking updates for each shipment. Shipping times listed are estimates, and can not be guaranteed.

RETURNS

Not quite right? Change your mind within 30 days of delivery and you can send it back. To be eligible, your item needs to be in resalable condition. No scratches, dents, or signs of use, returned in its original packaging with all parts included.

You're welcome to inspect it, but items that have been set up and used aren't eligible for return. Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we'll process your refund once the return is processed. A restocking fee and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
