We ship all orders from our warehouses located in Sydney.

We offer Free Shipping to all Australia and New Zealand orders. We ship using Australia Post (and sometimes a few other partner carriers such as NZ Post for NZ orders).

Tracking & Estimates:

You'll receive tracking when your order ships out, usually within 1 business day after the order is placed (unless it is a pre-order). Shipping times listed are estimates, and can not be guaranteed as delays can happen, although it rarely happens.

RETURNS

If you are unhappy with your product for any reason, you have 30 days to return it for a full refund.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in good condition and not have signs of use or scratches/dents. You can try it out, but if you have used it and decide to return it,  please clean/wipe it and send it back in it's original packaging with all parts in the box.

After we receive your return back at our warehouse, you'll get a full refund within 5 business days. Please note that the customer is responsible for the small return shipping cost and restocking fee.

    Vital+ Ice Bath Barrel - Great Product

    Awesome product overall. I'm 6'2" and can comfortably fit in it. The footprint is compact enough to tuck away neatly in the corner of my garage without taking up much space. Once inflated, it's sturdy as – no concerns about stability at all.

    I will say the first one arrived with an irreparable puncture, which was a bit of a letdown. That said, the team sorted me out with a replacement without any fuss. Being in New Zealand meant there was a bit of a delay (another week or so), which I understand was out of their control, but hopefully they tighten up quality checks to avoid that happening in the future.

    Still, once the new one arrived, it’s been smooth sailing. Highly rate it.

    Very Impressed with the Set Up!

    I had an Ice Barrel 400 and got sick of slugging ice around all summer. So this year I bought the Ice Bath Pro with the Ultra X2 chiller and couldn’t be happier! The chiller is set to 45*F and holds that temp 24/7 even in the hot sun with air temperatures over 80*F. I was concerned the Ice Bath Pro wouldn’t hold the temperature very well but it works great! So stoked to have such a well functioning cold plunge set up with a chiller for less than my previous Ice Barrel. And no more slugging ice around every day.

    Best overall health investment that I have made

    I highly recommend this product. Everything was as described. I am 54 years old. I'm 6'2" and about 260 pounds. I fit in the tub no problem. The Ultra X2 Chiller does its job well; I have it kick on a couple hours before use. The rest of the day I have it off. I've been using this product daily for about 3 weeks and what a difference it makes. My lower back and joints are loving it. I have noticeable improvement immediately after using the cold plunge. It's a miracle for inflammation and there are many other health benefits as well. The filter on the unit is super easy to remove and clean once a week. It only takes me a few minutes to do. I love this product! Great job Vital Plus!

    Stone Cold Chiller

    3 weeks in and loving it. The inflatable barrel is surprisingly sturdy and a good size for me at 6’ tall. Chiller holds temp well. Setup took about 30 min.

    So cool that even my kids love it.

    I purchased the ice barrel for my recovery days and was able to use my FSA account to purchase it, #winning!

    Between this recent heat wave and the Ultra x2’s ability to adjust the temperature, my boys have also fallen in love with our setup!
