How does the SaunaPod work?
The SaunaPod works by heating water to create steam, which increases the moisture and temperature of the air.
What are the operating costs for using the SaunaPod at home? A typical SaunaPod session, lasting approximately 30 minutes, incurs an estimated power cost of about 15 cents
How hot does the SaunaPod get?
The SaunaPod heats usually operates at a temperature of 45-50 degrees celcius. The high humidity can make the temperature feel much closer to 90 degrees
How do I clean it?
The inside of the heat insulated cover is designed to help prevent mold and bacteria build up. A quick dry & machine washable absorbent sweat mat for the bottom of the sauna is included in every order. After use, we recommended leaving the door flap open to air and wiping down the water vapor on the inside walls
Can I use it indoors & outdoors?
The SaunaPod can be used both indoors and outdoors. Although weather-proof, we recommend packing up the SaunaPod and bringing it inside in extreme conditions.
Difference between steam sauna and dry sauna?
A steam sauna is high in humidity and has lower temperatures, while a dry sauna is low in humidity and higher temperature. The steam sauna has many added benefits including:
- Skin Hydration: Steam saunas are excellent for hydrating the skin. The moisture can open up the pores, helping to cleanse the skin and potentially reducing acne.
- Joint and Muscle Relaxation: The warm, moist heat can be beneficial for relieving tension in the muscles and joints
- Deep Sweat: The high humidity environment causes a deeper sweat which may help cleanse the skin, potentially improving its appearance

I was skeptical with buying an ice plunge with chiller but I went for it and I am not disappointed! Getting a bucket of ice was getting a little too much of a hassle everytime I wanted to take a plunge so this was the logical next step. I live in a very hot environment and was skeptical with how cool it gets but I have it chill at night and temperature stays ~40F. On cooler nights/mornings it maxes out at 37F….. which is plenty cold!

Spent hours endlessly searching for the right plunge to purchase, let me save you some time, this is the one😮💨
I’ve had it for about a month now and use it every single day on top of hosting tons of people whom also indulge. This thing is super durable, super easy to set up (I used to ride the short yellow bus), gets ice cold, and you can control it from anywhere so it’s ready for you when you need it (Setting timers is also an option which is CLUTCH! Maintenance: this was a big one for me because I ain’t trying to clean every darn day, the built in filter works soooo well, just make sure to spray it at least once a weak which takes about as long as you men reading this last in bed. Just to hit on how cold it is, men you’re going to have an innie by the time you get out… It will come back out, I promise!
Also, I accidentally purchased 2 plunges and customer support has been great helping me get it back to them, slightly slower than I would like, but its really not a big deal. If you’re not sold yet, the company is founded by Aussies which adds at least 10 cool points Oi!!
PRO TIP: Buy the bundle, the Sauna & Plunge together is almost as good as getting laid😝

I’ve had my cold plunge for about two weeks now, previously I was using ice and a bathtub. This is leaps and bounds better. Even though I have experience cold plunging the results with the vital plus X2 is above and beyond anything I’ve used before. It’s sturdy, durable, spacious, and just plain Works. My cold plunge rests at 37.8° with no issues. If you’re thinking about purchasing one do it it’s worth it..
